Founded in 2016, No Sugar Café & Bar is the newest member of our family, located right at the entrance of Friskó Pension. Guests are welcomed with new-wave coffee, bold design, and a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Our exclusive selection ranges from homemade pastries to carefully chosen wines, craft beers, and freshly pressed juices. By day, we operate as a café; by night, we transform into a bar, expertly crafting classic cocktails while constantly experimenting with new flavors.
Our coffee experience is elevated by the Sanremo Café Racer premium espresso machine, combining barista-focused technology with striking design. We exclusively use light-roast coffees, which are continuously rotated in our grinder. Currently, our favorite is a specialty coffee sourced directly from the Zala region, supporting and strengthening the local coffee community.
Our tea selection includes carefully curated matcha, offered at the highest quality after extensive search. Our pastries come from the Móni Süti workshop in Gyenesdiás, with whom we have maintained an uninterrupted collaboration since opening.
